We’re still buzzing with joy from being part of such a generative, warm, and inspiring poetry workshop and reading with the one and only Ada Limón @adalimonwriter as part of UWM’s 2024 Distinguished Guest Lecture Series!
Ada Limón is the 24th U.S. Poet Laureate and the author of several acclaimed poetry collections including The Carrying and The Hurting Kind. Her work invites us to stay tender in the face of a chaotic world—and hearing her read her poetry live was nothing short of magic.
We at Colorlit were delighted to celebrate a poet whose words move with honesty, music, and care. A big shoutout to our incredible member Sean for the introduction!
